“Lou Paris was awesome from the start! When we initially reached out, and throughout the process, he was extremely prompt, thorough, and courteous in all communication. Then, about one month before the wedding, on a Saturday, he made a 90-minute drive in order to visit our venue and discuss setup with our event coordinator at no charge. On the wedding day, Lou ran the show, coordinating with the venue staff and photographer flawlessly and professionally in order to coordinate all parts of the reception.

One of our favorite things about Lou was how he handled the end of the reception. At all weddings we have attended, the last song ends, the music stops, and the lights go on. However, after our last song, Lou left the lights low and played techno music while he started to pack up his equipment. This was a small thing, but we really appreciated it as it didn’t feel like we were being instantly pushed out! Several guests commented on how competent and together he was. In short he was professional and a pleasure to work with!”

My Observations
I want to thank Nicole and Tim for inviting me to entertain their wedding ceremony at The Tuxedo Club in Tuxedo Park NY.
After Nicole and Tim took their vows with the accompaniment of a string duo, their guests funneled into the patio area for great electronic and ambient music including Bela Gleck / Stomping Grounds, Moby / Lift Me Up, Mylo / Otto’s Journey, and others. After a first course and toasts the jazz sounds of Thelonious Monk and Miles Davis filled the hall. Everyone got up to dance to the sounds of Def Leppard / Pour Some Sugar On Me, Michael Jackson / Don’t Stop ‘Till You Get Enough, and Robin Thicke / Blurred Lines.
It was a great evening of entertainment at the wedding of Nicole and Tim and it was a pleasure to entertain everyone that night.
