“Lou was such a pleasure to work with. After speaking with a few cheeseball DJs, he was so laid back and down-to-earth, which was the vibe we were looking for. Communicating with him was extremely easy. He was so prompt, and went over all the details, making us feel very comfortable leading up to the day of the wedding. His online interface is very helpful and easy to navigate.

Lou was a fantastic DJ. He kept people on the dance floor all night without being overly present or cheesy in any way. My husband and I, as well as all of our guests had a blast dancing the night away. We would absolutely recommend Lou’s services to anyone looking for an outstanding DJ!”

My Observations
Every wedding is unique. Typically you find common elements that you share between the couple and the DJ. But what happens when there seems to be perfect synergy? It just turns into a night that you can’t forget.
As a preface, many people know that I grew up on a lot of different music, but some of my very favorite artists includes Queen, Jay-Z and Shabba Ranks. So when the conversation first started and I learned of their favorite artists I knew this night would be extraordinarily fun.
Shrena & Andrew had a beautiful ceremony on the grounds of Brotherhood Winery, where Shrena surprised to her soon-to-be husband with her selection of a acoustic cover of Coldplay’s Yellow for her entry song. From there guests retired to the cocktail and dinner music with songs from Queen, Sade, Prince, Smokey Robinson and the Beatles among others.
Dancing featured a blend of hip-hop, reggae, and brit-rock that everyone danced to all night long, with a pair of ending songs from Queen / Don’t Stop Me Now and Oasis / Don’t Look Back In Anger that truly put an exclamation point on the night!
This was such a fun night! Seriously I wish I could repeat this one over and over and over.
